With Profits ISA - Transfer application

Before you begin

This form allows you to transfer up to three ISAs to a Wesleyan With Profits Stocks and Shares ISA. To complete the form, you’ll need to have the following things to hand:
- National Insurance number
- Existing ISA(s) account details
Please note the minimum transfer into a new With Profits ISA is £1,000. If you already have a With Profits ISA to transfer into, the minimum transfer is £500.
- Some ISA providers may charge exit fees or penalties
- If you're transferring a stocks and shares ISA, your money will not be invested while the transfer is in progress, so it will not go up or down in value.
- If you are transferring funds built up in a previous tax year, this won't count towards the annual subscription limit of £20,000.
- If you are transferring money you have invested in an ISA in the current tax year, the funds invested will continue to count towards your annual subscription limit.
- To transfer certain shareholdings or percentages of your ISA, or to transfer a Lifetime ISA, use this paper form.
- If you are transferring from a Lifetime ISA, you must transfer the full amount of any current tax year contributions. It will be treated as a withdrawal from the Lifetime ISA and subject to a 25% withdrawal charge, unless the transfer happens after your 60th birthday or you have declared that you have a terminal illness.

I authorise Wesleyan Assurance Society:
- To hold my cash subscriptions, any other proceeds in respect of my ISA investments and any other cash.
- To make on my behalf any claims to relief from tax in respect of ISA investments.
